Welcome! You’ve found the website for Healthy YOUth, a strong, growing and vibrant organization that began 15 years ago at ZBTHS and which promotes healthy choices for students at Zion Benton Township High school and people in the surrounding community.
Each of Healthy YOUth’s 47 members is a peer educator, helping solve issues related to underage drinking, tobacco use, and helping educate students at Zion-Benton Township High School and the surrounding community on these issues. The group also works to prevent the access and availability of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs to teens by working with local law enforcement and village and city councils to create and enforce ordinances for the Zion-Benton communities. Most importantly, though, the group is FUN, sponsoring communtiy outreach activities and many other things.
